Style Crumpet also worked on the latest Sharps TV advert, assisting stylist Maria Campbell, four different outfits were required for four different models, they were all very glamourous and worked well on set. It was also interesting to see how the magic was created behind the scenes of the flying and self folding clothes!

Photos from a recent test with the beautiful Katie Miller. Katie is multi talented, as well as being an amazing model she is also a musician and writes and performs her own music. Hence the headphones reference!

If any of you out there are fans of America's Next Top Model you will remember that Tyra is always saying it is a bonus if models are racially ambiguous and can relate to a wider audience! Here we photographed Katie Miller and Alwin in Asian outfits, while Alwin's parents are from India Katie is actually half French and half filipino. The beautiful Camilla is from Holland and models here some African jewellery I found on the car boot in Burnage.

Last weekend I took advantage of my overgrown garden and created some backdrops for a test with my furniture and bits and pieces. I also got creative with some giant balls of wool! My bad taste curtains provided a dramatic Dynasty style backdrop for the glamorous Rebecca from Boss Models who is here for the summer from Australia.

A couple of photos from a recent test where I invented pompom rain! I think you will agree it has quite a magical effect, helped greatly by the beautiful Camilla and photography skills of the very talented Miss Kirkbright. If only real rain was this pretty.

A few shots from test with new face at Boss Cailin. Cailin was a dream to style as she has such a cute face which is also very 60's looking face (my favourite era!) We went with a 60's vibe and got lots of great shots, more to follow....

This was my first outdoor shoot and I was so excited I made my own feather headress. Inspiration came from 70's fashion and Charlotte Gainsborough so I decided to get my Mum's amazing patchwork skirt back in action. It turned very windy towards the end of the day and the result was the very dramatic hair flying upwards shot above, it reminds me of the film The Craft for all the right reasons :)

Amy Jackson has recently become a Bollywood film star playing the romantic lead in the film Madharasapattinam which hit India film screens recently. Amy has also been modeling for a couple of years and these shots were to add some variety to her portfolio.
Current trends on the Spring/Summer 2010 catwalks saw a trend for embellished and adorned clothes. I created my own using matt, teal coloured gift bows from paperchase. They reflected the colour of Amy's eyes and made the look more editorial.

Revisiting nineties grunge with a modern pretty twist. Faded greys with soft pink, stripes, ethnic patterns and checks. We also managed to make a balcony in Levenshulme look quite exotic?!

Helen wanted to experiment with some illustrations for this shoot which turned into an amalgamation of fashion and art as we shot in an artist studio and styled an outfit from the paint drips left on the wall.
